Ebay email
Why does ebay send me an email asking me to give feedback on items that haven't arrived yet. How am I to rate an item or a seller if I haven't gotten the item! An how do I stop receiving that particular email without cutting off all emails? Why does this practice seem shady to me. Also does that mean that the seller loses a star on shipping time. I mean it has only been 3 days since I ordered the items!

Mentor3 years agoeBay sends those emails automatically if you have that set up on your Communication Preferences.

·3 years agoDon't read to much into this the email reminder is done automatically just wait until the item arrives and then you can leave feedback. I don't see anything shady . You are the one that selects the stars to leave.
