Ebay electronic policy - AI gone rogue - ruining this marketplace

Over the past few months I've had 6-8 items that were flagged as violating eBays electronics policy. It's gotten to the point that it's flagging anything electronic on my account. I've had PCIE cards flagged, basic security cameras, and I've won the majority of the appeals. 22 years on this marketplace, never have I seen such lack of support for legitimate sellers who have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales for this marketplace.
How do I file a formal complaint about this? Their AI has gone too far I want to file a complaint
The most recent appeal was lost for this item, my explanation below sighting the ebay policy its said to violate. This brand does not appear on any banned lists, yet some yahoo at eBay denied my appeal. Keep in mind, I'm a security professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry and I've done business with Kroger and CVS:

This does not violate any eBay policies. It is a basic security camera. It does not violate any policies such as: "CAMERAS IMBEDED IN OTHER OBJECTS." ITS OBVIOUSLY A SECURITY CAMERA.
"CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES THAT INCLUDE TEXT IMPLYING IT CAN BE USED TO RECORD OTHERS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE" NO SUCH TEXT IN THE LISTING. ITS A BASIC SECURITY CAMERA.

20+ years on this platform and I've never seen such idiotic issues like this. PLEASE STOP FLAGGING MY LISTINGS THAT ARE CLEARLY NOT VIOLATING ANY POLICIES! THIS IS BECOMING TIRING AND I WILL JUST TAKE MY BUSINESS TO OTHER MARKETPLACES IF THIS CONTINUES!
