eBay Down Time
Hi,
In the past month, but particularly this past week, we have been having major issue with eBay being down and us unable to sell, answer customer queries, report on sales...We haven't done anything different internally...still use Chrome, regularly clear cache and cookies. It is making our online selling business a struggle, as we have a team of people trying to work who simply can't. Longest time recorded whereby we couldn't access any of our pages, was 45 minutes. This is not sustainable and is hurting us as a Charity - both sales, productivity and motivation! We are not sure what we are supposed to do and would appreciate some help ASAP! FYI - we are getting both the "We've Looked Everywhere" and "Where's all the Stuff - Our homepage is down, but the rest of eBay is fine. We'll have it back up in a moment. "
