eBay double-charged taxes and refused to refund

I bought a bag on eBay and paid taxes and fees. After receiving the package, I was asked to pay the same fee again. After I paid, I contacted eBay customer service to inquire about the situation. He told me that he could not verify the reliability of what I said. I provided the payment bill and records, but eBay refused to accept the information and chose to refuse the refund.
In my contact with eBay customer service Edelyn, he refused to answer questions many times, chose to shirk responsibility, and finally hung up the call directly.
After seeking help without success, I can only seek help publicly, and want to complain to eBay customer service Edelyn. His work attitude and professionalism are questionable. He shirked responsibility many times without reason and asked questions in a rhetorical way.
