    EBAY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING
                     

    EBAY had a system issue and double charged me for shipping.  It was supposed to be credited back, but it's been weeks and I've seen nothing yet.  How do I handle this?

    Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label.
