Ebay don't want to refund me
Hello everyone,
I recently ordered an item on eBay, but I did not receive it because the delivery driver couldn’t find my house during the delivery. The item was returned to the sender.
I contacted eBay customer service, but they say it’s my fault because the address provided is incomplete, which is absolutely not true.
How can I get eBay to refund me? Furthermore, they closed the case I opened and rejected my appeal.
