eBay doesnt try helping you

My sister bought some tool stuff for my dad feom eBay. She didnt have an official account but still ordered. Eventually she wanted to sign in and later on tried logging in again but it would say her password was wrong so she had to reset password after many tries of failing to log in and all to get a return bc my dad said those tools or items werent for the car that he got confused so she tried to return and get refund and messaged the person. Person asked if all items wojld be returned and she said yes. Man sent return label three days later i think and we sent it back and we obv expect a refund of 107$ but ebay said return is closed it says we noticed activity on your account isn’t meeting the expected standards as outlined in our abusive buyer policy. Your account has been suspended and we’ve closed his return without issuing a refund” we called an agent(Norman?: barely understood him) and they just said to wait for the refund for 48hrs and its been 48hrs and no money has been returned and ebay doesnt wanna do anything to help. Ebay says appeal is closed and its final. I think they just dont wanna try bc its bull. Ebay also said theyve closed return without issuing a refund. The seller ID: zs-auto-parts. In case if that person made this to my little sister. Are you going to do anything about this eBay?!!
P.s. ebay also did this to me and i eventually had to log in using google bc ebay would say WRONG PASSWORD.

OP3 days agoMy dad just saw the items and said “oh sorry i confused them these werent it”. He didnt even use them or touch them! We sent them back as they were
