ebay doesn't recognize order number
I ordered a product and received it, but it is not what I ordered.
When I initiate a return, the system says it doesn't recognize my oder number or item number.
What can I do?

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
