Ebay doesn't know how to handle exchanges!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Ebay gets involved with an exchange they screw it up. They don't read messages from buyer and seller on how buyer and seller are resolving the matter. Ebay just pushes buttons!!!!!!!!!! No communication from Ebay to us on how we are resolving the problem. This has happened before, and we had to take our time to finally get a hold of a person to once again fix what Ebay screwed up. When there is an exchange there is NO refund needed!!!!!!!! Ebay doesn't seem to understand this.

Mentor6 months agoYou are absolutely correct that ebay doesn't handle exchanges. The buyer has to send the item back and get a refund. Then the seller has to relist the item, the buyer repurchases and repays, and the seller sends the correct item.
