what should I do to return an item that I purchased 2 weeks ago but ebay doesn't have record of my purchase? I still have the emails of the transaction but when I click on the SEE RTURN DETAILS,
it say
We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.
What is my next step? Thanks.
