Ebay doesn't have my purchase in the purchase list
I received a yr out of date Shakeology I'm trying to return it and Ebay doesn't even list it under my purchase list

Sometimes Buyers inadvertently purchase as a Guest instead of being logged in and using their account. Guest purchases will not appear on your eBay account but you can still return items: Buying as a guest | eBay
