eBay doesn't allow me to ship suitcase to California

Question

I am attempting to ship a suitcase to California, however eBay is telling the buyer to tell the seller (me) to enable shipping to California. The problem is that I have shipping enabled for both the USA and International, meaning I have no I idea why California is a problem. The same issue occurred with buyer in Germany yesterday. Is there an easy fix to this?

There is something wrong with the weight or dimensions that you entered on the item, or it is too large for the selected carrier. The message to buyer actually means that the system cannot calculate the shipping.

If you view your item in search, you will see â€œshipping not specifiedâ€ instead of the shipping cost.

Edit your item and adjust the dimensions or weight.
