eBay doesn’t have a record of my purchase
I have contacted the seller and told them my desire to return my purchase. They said no problem go to my eBay and request a return ticket. eBay says they have no record of a purchase. I gave them the sellers name the date of the purchase the order number and the eBay tracking number. This is very frustrating

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? This account has only one feedback in the last five years; all other feedback is older than that.
Or is it possible you made the purchase as a guest?

OP2 years agoI have no idea but I have given both eBay and the vendor the order number, eBay tracking number, and the purchase date. Both claim they have no records of my purchase. This is baffling

Mentor2 years agoAll but one of the feedback ratings you have received in this account is over five years old, and you have left no feedback.
If you have transactions more recent than that that you have left feedback for, chances are you have another eBay account that you used for those.
