eBay doesn’t function
[Removed by moderator] listed an item as genuine OEM Kohler Diesel Lombardi fuel pump but mailed a pump-doctor knock-off fuel pump. This part was neither the part listed nor was it the part that was purchased. When attempting to return the pump back (that I would never have purchased) the address is in China and the shipping would be incurred by me. If I had purchased this part, ok it’s on me but I didn’t purchase this part. The story gets better in that the company selling on eBay, as listed above, provided a bogus UPS shipping number with tracking ability synchronized with a different item my wife order. While the pump-doctor pump (which I didn’t agree to buy) arrived with USPS on December 26, 2025, the UPS tracking data indicated 2 Jan 2026. The UPS guy did deliver a different item but no OEM pump. When I did a UPS tracking inquiry, the number was identified as an Amazon package number. Needless to write, this whole purchase was a fraud with bogus advertising, bogus delivery tracking, and a bogus part I did not agree to purchase. eBay has been of no help!
