    Ebay does not recognize that an Item has shipped and received
                     

    Item shipped and was received and the buyer logged a positive review and still eBay does not recognize that the item was shipped. Wondering that because I did not use an eBay shipping label, eBay will not know the item has shipped?

    Hi @seanscorner


    -The sold item needs a tracking number, if you print labels through eBay tracking automatically uploads to the sold item. If you buy your labels elsewhere you have to manually ADD tracking to the sold item.


    -If you DO have tracking but it is not showing delivered then go to the carrier's website and file a missing package claim, this may help to shake tracking loose and update it to eBay.


    -Regardless of delivery status as a new Seller your funds will be on hold for 31 days: Transaction holds | eBay
