Ebay does not let me check on item purchased

Question

The ebay system, does not let me check on an Excavator purchased February 28th paid for on the 29th has not arrived yet. communication with Seller was cut, seller does not respond to emails, text and voice messages. Tried via Ebay system and person to person, nothing from the seller and or Ebay system. Item shows "awaiting payment" When clicking on it brings me no where to proceed.Have sent many messages to seller and no response.Have tried to report seller on Ebay system and the system got me s...

Please respond to this post that you understand what you need to do in order to claim a refund, and that you have opened a BEPP claim as instructed above.

If you have any questions about the BEPP claim process, please ask, as this is entirely different than a "Money Back Guarantee" claim. They are not the same.

The seller seems well known here with 100% positive feed back. Member since February 2007.
Last time I mentioned his registered name and someone edited it deleted.

How people are going to get reliable help on a situation like mine if the system does not let you use names and vital information to get to the bottom of a situation.

Heard on this public forum other people has dealt with seller fine (some one mentioned using the phone number as the one I have used, when I dialed it keeps letting me is no longer in service.
The wire was sent to Zircon Used Equipment in Ocala FL (hope this piece of info. is not prohibited)

You were given clear instructions on how to file a BEPP claim for this back on March 14 - an eBay team member gave you a link to start the process - you haven't done that yet?
