ebay does not allow its customers to contact them and some times one needs to talk to a person
Why doesn't ebay allow its customers to call them. I have questions that are not in their help pages. I am so frustrated. I sold a pair of earings and put them in a small padded envelope and put stamps on it instead of printing an ebay label. The item weighed 26 gr (which is under an ounce and can ship First Class). Since mail that weighs up to an ounce takes one stamp, to be certain, I put two stamps on it and gave it to the Postman. Now ebay is leaving me warnings that I need to print a label and that I am late shipping and I cannot reach the rude ebay company because it seems that don't want to be bothered by their customers. Rude Rude Rude. Secondly and regarding another item I am trying to sell, eBay is telling me that I have 4 questions I need to answer, but will not show me the questions. How can I answer my potential customers if I don't get their messages with their questions?
WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I GO INSANE --EBAY IS GETTING WAY TO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES! INFACT, THEY SHOW NO RESPECT WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS. OH YEA THE NOW OFFER CONCIERGE THAT YOU CAN PAY EXTRA FOR AND THEN YOU CAN CALL THEM! TALK ABOUT A LOAD OF S**T!

Mentor1 year agoFirst question. eBay requires you to ship the item with tracking so they know you shipped within your stated handling time. Stamped mail does not have tracking so eBay has no way to know if you shipped or not. Also, without tracking you will lose any case for an "Item not received" made by the buyer even if they actually received the item. You might be able to go to the item in your sold list and from the drop down menu click on "Shipped".
Second question. This is a common problem where questions show as needing an answer even though they have already been answered or do not really exist. There is little you can do about this and it does not affect your seller standing.

Mentor1 year ago@pawnee.949 When you use postage stamps to ship you MUST go to the sold item and select SHIPPED from the drop down menu next to the item within your stated handling time on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
If you don't mark it shipped eBay has no idea that you sent it to the buyer.
The drawback of not shipping with tracking is if the buyer files a not received refund request you will lose the case. You also will have a ding on the tracking uploaded and validated on time metric on your dashboard> https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US This doesn't hurt you unless you are trying to become a Top Rated Seller then be sure to keep shipping with postage stamps to less than 3% of your sales.
On the message problem.... The notification message gets stuck and you have to go to your active listings page and select mark answered from the drop down menu next to the item.
Go to your overview page here to see which items have questions> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw
