ebay dodging a refund
i need help , so i had a item i bought on ebay it was not cporrect and did not fit the car , i then sent message to seller they dragged the whole idea thru the mud . then started a return sent the item back , the seller at on point was saying there never recieved the item back ? i then called ebay an actually talked to someone and they said thex see it was returned . they then closed the return case and never refunded my money ? now for 5 days straight i have been calling hte ebay number and i cant talk to anyone it says its out of the re normal operating time no matter what time i call day or nitght /??? ?$89.00 out of my pocket . how do i get the moeny back seller isnt replying ?
