Ebay Discrimination
Hello, I just opened my ebay account less than a year ago. I have been selling things consistently and shipping them on time. I have sold over $1200.00 worth of items in the past 90 days and have over $700 in my selling account. I also sold some sports cards worth $20 or less and ebay made me use the cheaper $1.36 shipping envelope and label. All of my high dollar items have been delivered and/or authenticated and I have 100% positive feedback in the past 90 days. The sports cards show as carrier scanned and do not show delivered yet, so Ebay has decided to assess policy violations to all 112 of my other listing with zero explanation as well as place a hold on all payouts to me. When I click on what the policy violation is, the page says "nothing to see here" on every listing. I have contacted support and they said the policy violations "must be a glitch" but there is nothing they can do until every item is delivered. I do not know what to do? No one will help and I am following every policy and procedure. I tried to message the buyers of the sports cards myself to ask if they received them well? However, no one has responded yet. Please help!!!!
