Ebay didn't pay shipping
Good Morning,
It seems my package has been in limbo in Olathe, KS, since July 11th, and I shipped it via FedEx ground on July 6th.
I have been going back and forth between different FedEx support trying to find out why my package had not been delivered. I was not informed of the USPS tracking number until today. I have already refunded my customer their money, and this faux pax has made me look bad to my customer. FedEx tells me that it is the fault of USPS that it wasn't delivered. I contacted USPS, and they say that the shipping wasn't paid. I bought and shipped the item through eBay. USPS says that if the shipping isn't paid by eBay then they will keep the package. What do I do? I would like to speak with someone at eBay, but I cannot find their customer support number.
