Ebay didnt authenticate buyer mad still sent to buyer

Ebay didnt authenticate my slabs due to mis categorized item. But still sent to the buyer, but buyer isn't happy?

Was a reason given to you for the card not passing authentication? According to ebay's authentication policy if a card can't be authenticated it should have been returned to you, not sent to the buyer.

If your buyer wants to return it, they are supposed to send the card back to the authenticator who inspects it to make sure it is in the same condition as received originally by the authenticator before being returned to you. So you may have to ask them to file a dispute for not as described and when you get the card back, you refund them.

Do a google search for "Can I return a card I bought on ebay that passed authentication". Read the A.I. article, Then have your buyer do the same search so they will know what their part in this will be.
