    Ebay did not refunded amount
                     

    Hello Gents


    One week ago I purchased 3 item and total paid 696 USD . After 2 minutes I see I made incorrect address . Due to incorrect addres I cancelled our order but Ebay still did not refunded our money.

    Could somebody help me for this case? Where can I apply?

    Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. Only the seller can file the cancellation. If the seller did that, part of the process is to refund your payment to the funding source. If that was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show up on your statement.


    The seller can then relist the item for you to repurchase, and this time, make sure the SHIP TO address is correct before you make payment.
