EBAY did not include the shipping cost on sold item
I sold an item, ebay shows the final value fee, and collected the sale amount but did
not collect the shipping cost. Also, ebay has already sent me payment and I have not
shipped the item yet . Who is responsible for collecting the shipping costs?

The three recent sales by "buy_10", within the last three days, all included a buyer-paid shipping price.
That means that eBay would NOT show these items as sold if the buyers had not paid those shipping prices.
This statement could be troublesome, though:
"ebay has already sent me payment and I have not shipped the item yet."
Once eBay (1) tells you the buyer has paid and (2) has given you the delivery address for that buyer, you are expected to send (ship) the item promptly, within the handling period you set up when you started selling. Unfortunately, the listing for the item you sold yesterday (8-27-26) does not show your handling period.
My advice: Send it right away. I would suggest you mail it today.

you sell item
buyer buys item and pays for it
ebay notifies you buyer has paid
address is provider to sell to ship item
seller ships item
However, for my sale I did not receive buyers address to ship, the next thing
i see is ebay has sent payment to for cost of item no shipping costs have been collected or paid to me.
I will NOT ship item as my auction clearly showed cost of shipping as well
as not knowing where to ship it.

OK, see, that is important info that was not included in your original post.
If eBay has not sent you an e-mail saying that your buyer has paid, and
If eBay has not given you the buyer's delivery (shipping) address, then
A reasonable interpretation is that the buyer did not pay through eBay.
It is impossible for you to send the item. You cannot mail the item today !!
I think a "buyer" may be trying to scam you. It is good not to try to play along.
Is the listing still active, or does it show in your Sold listings?
As "disneyshopper" requested, if you can provide the item number, we mentors can look at it and try to figure out what may have happened.
The item number is a string of 12 numbers, with no commas or dashes.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhat is the item number? If the listing includes "free shipping" that means YOU, the seller pays to ship the item. That shipping cost should have been added to the item price when it was listed.

OP2 weeks agothank you for your response, but of course it DID NOT say free shipping it says buyer pays $18 shipping pretty
