Ebay did not help me
Bought an item but never delivered. The tracking number was bogus when i called fed ex. It was to a business and not to me. I kept complaining to the seller. He finally promised a refund. Never got it. I also reported issue to klarna. Ebay closed my case. I never got the item or my money back. I am so mad.
