eBay Did Not Give Me a Chance to Put in the Free Shipping Code
I made an offer on an item, and I was supposed to be able to use a free shipping code on it if the seller accepted my offer. Seller did accept my offer, but I was not sent a message to pay. Instead, I was automatically billed for the item and the shipping charge. I never had the chance to enter the eBay free shipping code. I tried to reach eBay was unable to contact anyone.
This is significant to me because the shipping was almost $7. What do I do now?
