Ebay did not follow through as promised
I submitted a complaint about a seller refusing to refund on defective merchandise over six months ago and have no refund or resolution. I chatted with an Ebay CSR and was assured that if the seller did not refund the funds, eBay would step in and make it

Mentor4 months agoThat CSR lied to you. You only have 30 days from receipt of an item to file a returns request for Item Not as Described. Once it is past 30 days ebay cannot help you. If you paid with a credit card, contact the issuer and file a charge back.
