The buyer purchased two items, but ebay only charged them shipping for one item. Which means, that it is going to cost me $17.10 for the shipping on the second item. I can't ship them in the same package due to the weight. I listed the item for a set amount, plus shipping. It would have been great if they had purchased one item at a time, but when they purchased more than one, I end up losing money due to having to pay the second shipping charge. How can I stop this from happening?
