eBay did not charge enough for shipping
A buyer purchased multiple items but eBay only charged them for shipping one item. How can I get eBay to correct this or cancel the order?

Mentor3 years ago@edstroud shipping methods, either flat rate or calculated, is set up by the seller, not ebay, so there is nothing for ebay to correct. it is the seller, you, who has to make the corrections on your listings.
