EBay Desition
I’m super disappointed with ebay. Even that buyer policy is supposed to care and guarantee my money this people failed to investigated my request . The USPS do not deliver big furniture! How many times I had to repeat myself. The stupid sofa futon can’t be delivered to a mailbox as the delivery info says! I did not received the item. I want my money back! We are not talking about a couple cents. Please anyone with the same issues which can help! Im asking the seller for pictures Or tracking information from UPS, FedEx or Amazon prime but they don’t answer any of my texts. I’m so frustrated it! I don’t know what else to do! 😡😡😡

Mentor2 years agoSo you ordered a sofa futon and the seller sent you a tracking number that used USPS?
The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
You take the tracking number down to the carrier (post office/FedEx/UPS). Have them check their GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT to your name/address, then you get that statement on their letterhead. They do not need to state where it was delivered, just NOT to you.
Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
