EBay denial of an appeal
I appealed a listing removal by EBay that they said did not follow their electronic equipment policy. The item was for a Halogen Flood Lamp. I submitted the specs for the lamp with the appeal. I received a notice back from EBay that the appeal was denied for the same original reason. Obviously they did not either read what I wrote in my appeal, or did not look at the specs, since this was their reasoning for the denial - "most electronic equipment used to transmit or receive signals or for surveillance are not allowed". There is no electronic equipment in this (or as far as I know, any) lightbulbs.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there another recourse or is this typical for EBay?
