eBay Deleting Feedback
I’m growing concerned that eBay is not holding sellers accountable. Purchased an item and watched shipment tracking. Mid shipment, seller diverted to new address. I have all of this screen captured. Never received a response from seller, and refused to refund. Sent eBay the documentation and finally received refund but eBay removed my negative review warning other buyers. Ironically, another person posted similar negative review in same week. Why are the deleting legitimate feedback?

eBay seems to think that since the problem was resolved, the negative feedback should be removed. I happen to agree with you that it should stay, but that's not their policy.
You can take some comfort in the fact the issue is on the seller's record with eBay and based on how many issues are reported and their severity, the seller may not be on eBay for long.
