Ebay deleted my negative feedback for seller that has had 3 items "lost in transit".
How can Ebay delete my feedback without my approval? The seller gives wrong tracking number then says item was lost in transit. Is there a legal remedy to force Ebay to leave my honest feedback in place?

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay has a feedback policy that limits what you can say to a seller when leaving negative feedback. In general you cannot say that you involved eBay in any kind of case. There is also certain wording you cannot use in your feedback. Since the feedback was removed we cannot see what you may have written to give you an idea of why the feedback was removed.
By the way, why would you leave a neutral feedback for a seller saying the shipping service was slow to deliver? Sellers cannot control how long the shipper will take to deliver the item.
