Ebay deleted my account
I bought the product but after that my account was deleted the seller is not responding I still can’t do anything @adda3707

·2 years ago@fedelta Can you give us more information about why that account was deleted? Is @adda3707 the deleted account? The account you're using here is linked to @fedelta on ebay.

OP2 years ago@adda3707 Yes this is my second account, I don’t understand, I ordered a product and my account was deleted, but it’s not about the account, it’s about the fact that the product that I ordered on the 27th, the seller does not answer questions and does not send the product.

·2 years agoI would recommend deleting that photo as it has your personal information in there.
I’m trying to understand the situation. If your account was deleted, how are you communicating with the seller? Did eBay give you a reason why the account was deleted? Did the payment for the item go through on your credit card?

OP2 years agoI paid with a plastic card, the order was not cancelled, I write to the seller through another account but he does not respond

·2 years agoI’m afraid you haven’t given us enough information to know why your account was suspended and the status of your order. The seller rightfully wouldn’t communicate with you using a different account, I recommend not communicating with a seller this way and contact an eBay representative directly to try to resolve the sale.

·2 years agoeBay allows second accounts, so this is not a reason for deleting an account. The feedback you leave from your current account seems to claim a lot of problems with items not arriving or being opened. Almost half the feedback you leave for sellers mentions a problem with the order which is unusual. I don’t think the community can help given the complexity, your best channel is to talk to an eBay rep who can look into the situation and give you answers.
