EBAY Delay
So I ordered a part for a vehicle. Seller did not post that it will need a signature to receive. Package was returned to FedEx. Never received package. Package has been stuck at fedex for 3 weeks. Can't get my money back because FedEx has not returned it. Is there anything I can do? I've contacted the seller. I tried to submit a return for 2 weeks. Canceled because nothing came of it. Now ebay will not help because there is a request open on it even though I canceled the request. What should my next step be?
