EBay deducting fees from one order that belong in another.
How does EBay get away with charging fees for one order to another different order. I shipped two orders to the respective buyers. One arrived on 9/3 meaning the funds should have been available today. When I look at my account EBay has deducted fees for the second order that arrived yesterday. Those funds won't be available until tomorrow. The fees for the second order should be deducted from that order!

Mentor1 month agoPayouts are on a running total, for however long you have them set for. I get my payouts once a week and the sales/fees/postage keeping adding/subtracting all week.

Mentor1 month agoUnless you have it set up to pay your fees with an alternative payment method, eBay will take money you owe to eBay from the balance that eBay owes to you across all of your transactions.
Money is money. There is no reason for eBay to treat your money from one transaction different from money from another of your transactions, or to keep the funds separate.
If eBay takes fees for two orders from one order's proceeds, when you get the second order's proceeds your fee will already have been paid and you will get a bigger payment than you otherwise would have.
