    Ebay declines card and charges me.
                     

    Tried buying 2 watches. On pay out, I pressed pay and ebay said to use different card. I tried again to see if i made a mistake but yet again the same error. I checked my bank and I was charged twice! On top, I cannot see the package market as bought in my orders in ebay website. Please help!
