Ebay damaging card during authentication process
I purchased a autographed Ball card in October of 2024. because the cost was over $250.00, it went to Ebay authentication for processing. Ebay authenticated it, put it back in a snap down holder, and put in a sealed bag with their RFID code. The seal was never broken.
I sold the card this year and sent it to Ebay authentication in the same sealed bag provided from the original purchase. This time around however, Ebay said the card was defective and had a dent. They cancelled the sale and retuned the money to the buyer. I am out $350.00.
Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and would want to join a class action law suit as Ebay has refused to take any responsibility for damaging the card when they were authenticating it?
