Ebay customer support never help any seller why?
Dear team
I have chating a lot of time for apeal any defect to ebay but there are nothing help by ebay team . ebay has only two option chating and call to customer support . call is not working for any Indian seller and chating team never help us . what to do?

OP3 years agoJust because you appeal a Defect does not mean that eBay is going to remove it. Defects are rarely removed. eBay has strict guidelines, and everyone has to follow those guidelines. If you have a hard time with Chat, ask your question here where there are several experienced buyers and sellers that may be able to help you. But we cannot remove a defect for you.
