eBay Customer Support is NON-existent
Has anyone had issues with eBay customer support not calling? Does anyone have a contact number for eBay customer support. I cannot get anyone to call me and their Help BOT is worthless it just loops around back to the same response to have them call you, which they don't do.

·1 year agoThere is no direct number to call eBay, and what they do have is not 24 hour service.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
