I need to find a seller that I purchased from. Bought product need help with

never received seller info but eBay got paid

i have tried eBay customer support many times many ways. GOT NOTHING

you got my money now tell me who you paid

If the transaction does not appear in your Purchase History, is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? I notice that all but one of your feedback is from more than five years ago in this account.

If you can find the transaction but you are having trouble starting an "item not received" case and getting a "technical hiccup" error, try using the eBay app, if possible to start the case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least three users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
