Ebay customer service telephone number
Does anyone have the telephone number for ebay customer service now?
Their automated chat is just a denial of access to talk to an agent. It's a terrible joke.

Mentor8 months ago@xenon-35 since the ebay reps work from home, there is no phone # to call, click on the chat and type in 'agent' or request a call back, this can be done from the help/contact button at the top of most ebay pages

OP8 months agoI did that and all i get is a message to email them and they'll get back to me in "24 to 48 Hours". The classic ebay line. Automated chat won't give me any other options any longer. And I found an 800 number to call ebay which AI answered and two days in a row told me they were closed 'after business hours'. This was between 4 & 5 in the afternoon.

OP8 months agoI have 2 separate issues 1 regarding a case that ebay closed even though the buyer didn't escalate. Ebay lied and said the buyer wanted a final decision, and closed the case when the buyer never said that, in fact the buyer was waiting for the package to be redelivered because of a P.O. error. Yet ebay's AI went in and closed the case in the buyers favor. Now the buyer wants to repay me for the item that has been received by him, and I want the 'strike against me' removed from ebay 'stepping in' and closing it. But I can't explain that to an automated chat AI.

Even if u don't do social media, u can just open an account for eBay purposes only
