Question

I purchased used uniform pants and they were much smaller then labeled and returning them cost as much as the pants so I canceled return .. ebay closed case and seller is a rude person and lies not realizing its ALL here on ebay ... I need a person because the case is closed

Contacting eBay is useless since you closed the return.

If you started the return for "not as described", you should have received a free return label.

For now you maybe can use your payment issuer. If Paypal you have to pay for the return shipping.
