There is no phone number because the Customer Service agents are each in different locations.

Use the following link and click on "Have us call you":

Available Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm Pacific Time.

Email from EBayâ€™s said they tried to call me, but phone never rang. Checked settings and nothing is blocked. Will try the corporate # in San Jose.

That can happen if you are using a non-US number, a VOIP phone number, or if your phone provider has eBay's number blocked.

If you are unable to provide a different phone number or get a call back, you may want to try requesting a chat with an agent instead of a call back.
