eBay customer service number

Returns accepted through Apr 26.I returned Item and no refund. eBay closed the case early . I have been getting the run around with no human response from eBay. does anyone have a number I can call for customer service that will not out me thru another dead end. It's bad enough I've had to deal with thieving lying vendors in close successions now this
