Ebay customer service never reaches us now? Always says my phone didn't answer.
This has been a real problem for the past few months when I reach an agent with text to call me, I suddenly never am able to receive the call...and get an email stating they tried and no answer. It never used to be a mess like this. How have you handled this? I seriously need a call back on shipping issues that also never happened until recently....25 years and it hasn't be difficult to get a call back to me. any way to resolve this?

Customer service isn't going to be much help with shipping.
What kind of problem are you having with shipping?

Thank you for saying why you needed to contact Customer service. It works better if we inform the sellers what to do.
Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the Fed Ex customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that Fed Ex does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the Fed Ex website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
