eBay customer service help
My account was compromised, address was changed by a hacker, 2 packages were delivered to a wrong address, went through all eBays hoops, spoke to eBay, they refunded one of them, told me the other one will be refunded in the next 5-7days, it wasn’t, spoke to eBay again, this agent opened another claim, told me I had to wait till today and call them back, and today I can not get a hold of eBay on the phone. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
