Ebay Customer Service does it again
I got a new phone the other day and somehow I wound up with another account. Now I'm trying to close both of them because it's too hard to contact anybody at eBay. It always has been and it still is. I want to close any account that I have with them, but I can't seem to get on the righ options. Any help?

Mentor10 months agoHi @craw-5178 It's actually never been easier to contact eBay than it is now. A member simply clicks the Help & Contact tab and follows the prompts, like on every other app. If the member actually needs to speak to an eBay rep to remedy the issue, that option is available. No, it wasn't always. The difficulties started about 2020 when the customer service representatives started working from home because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The account will not close until 30 days after your last transaction, in order to give time for a buyer to file a claim, and for you to receive your last purchase and it is just fine.
