Why do you need to contact ebay? If you give us more details about your issue we can probably help you with it. If this is a transactional issue try reading the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) by opening the link below. Most problems can be handled automatically. If you have tracking that shows delivered but have not received anything, tell us about it.
