Question

Ebay customer service sucks, I have two seperate orders fom the same seller that have not shipped

paid for them on 12/4/2024 yes 2024. tried canceling but no seller would not accept. Been on this site trying to get help and its like a merry go round, keep ending up with the same

I do my best to stay off of EBAY now

eBay's Money Back Guarantee protections only last 30 days from the last estimated delivery date, or from the date tracking shows an item was delivered.

Since the item was purchased in 2024 not even your credit card provider or PayPal if you use it, can help you. The longest time frame to file for a refund from one of them is 6 months from the date of purchase.
