Ebay customer service
I've tried 4 times with my spam filter off to have eBay call me back. Alls I get is an email saying they can't get in touch with me and to check my SPAM filters. Again I don't have any spam filters on on my call back phone number. I feel like they're just blowing me off

Sorry that is happening to you. Do you want to go through the steps to Chat with an eBay Agent? Be sure to tell the agent about what's happening to your attempted telephone calls.

OP1 year agoIm in contact hell. The automated system won't let me text with them live. It only gives me an option for them to call me which isn't working. The seller has in contacted me since placing my order on Friday after multiple attempts for me to contact them. This is absolute insanity.

·1 year agoThat is a message directly from the seller you were contacting, not eBay. What is the reason you're contacting the seller? In some cases, it's best to just do things with the automated systems in place and not try to contact either your seller or eBay, depending on the issue.
